Founded in 2015, TaskFlow Answer has aggressively grown to 250-plus employees. TaskFlow Answer provides simple yet unique billing processing solutions and services. Headquartered in Maryland, USA, TaskFlow Answer has development, support and back office centers in three locations in India. We specialize in providing automated solutions with a customizable combination of process-driven methodologies and cutting-edge technologies in the healthcare and accounting industries. We’ve built our reputation via our mission to introduce simplified processes in costly, manpower-heavy tasks in billing and processing. TaskFlow Answer uses automation to help our customers ramp up their core offerings and eliminate their expensive burn rate.

Thank You for visiting our website.
With a background as an Auditor in the financial world, my need to establish process and discipline became the nucleus of all my initiatives. Involvement in enterprise-level solutions and complex decisions were a daily norm and often expected out of the blue. I was expected to tackle diverse tasks from multiple fronts appropriately and judiciously — and always keeping budgets in mind. I also brought along a keen interest in technology. But I knew I was often standing on quicksand. I made it a habit of injecting technical solutions to most of my task quagmires. This helped me streamline my activities and automate my processes.
Later, I found my calling in the healthcare space, sector with tremendous human presence, many challenges and a multitude of regulations, which has no respect for time and money. As I drilled down to specific services such as billing and data processing, I found that most solutions lacked connectivity, timely execution and documentation. They were people-driven with wide margins of error as built-in expectations.
I was built for this … my training in finance, my interest in technology and my adherence to process spawned the idea that grew into TaskFlow Answer. I have worked to develop, I think, a near perfect combination of a process-driven technology for automating medical industry practices. Our company is built on domain expertise with technical knowledge. We use the latest methodologies. We have developed complex technical products to address customer pain points.
We treat our customers as partners. As a partner, my commitment is to help you automate your processes to cut costs and grow your bottom line.
As for TaskFlow Answer, we are still growing, and I think the best is yet to come.

Dave Patel, Founder & CEO of TaskFlow Answer is a CPA by trade with extensive professional experience at the Big Five Audit firms, including Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Dave is an astute entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio within Medical, Financial and Technology sectors. His constant drive for Product positioning has spurred him to blend methodologies and technologies into a perfect combination of “Automation Solutions” for the medical and financial industries. His investments in various medical ventures — from multimillion-dollar outpatient diagnostic centers to durable medical equipment businesses — allow him to be a key influencer and a strategist with vision.
For TaskFlow Answer, Dave oversees the rollout of operations globally, as well as keeping a keen eye on Federal and State regulatory compliance in the United States. His desire to combine process-driven methodologies with the latest technologies helps drive TaskFlow Answer’ automated solutions and its proprietary suite of products.

Saumya Patel

Saumya Patel has more than twelve years of professional work experience across a broad spectrum of industries including information technology, healthcare, Delivery Operations and consulting. Saumya’s involvement in various fields makes her stand-out and the roles that she engaged in are as associate consultant, quality lead and engagement director with organizations like Larsen & Toubro InfoTech and so on.
Saumya Patel actively engages in client relationships and making decisions about corporate policies and most importantly, manages overall operations that take place in India. She is responsible for driving TaskFlow Answer’s expansion plans and strategic growth objectives. Current role as the President of TaskFlow Answer gives her the unique opportunity to put to practice her natural leadership skills, pursuit of excellence and years of experience.
Saumya has pursued her MCA (Master of Computer Applications) and has professional experience in SAP Business Intelligence.

Milan Kalola

As VP of Client Services, Milan Kalola is primarily responsible for gathering client’s requirement and enhancement requestswhich are essential to ease their day to day use of different solutions provided by TaskFlow Answer.
Milan brings to the position a successful track record of more than 12 years and most of that includes in evolving IT Healthcare Industries of United States. Milan specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the client relationship.
Prior to Joining TaskFlow Answer, Milan oversaw and lead a group of Implementation teams such as Interfaces(LIS, PMS, State registries), EHR/EMR configuration, Taskforce(State Incentive Programs i.e. Meaningful Use, CPC, Medicaid), Data Migration(Migration of Data between different softwares). Milan has earned degree of Engineering in Computer Science which gives him ability to work closely with Software Developers.
